Our facilities
Our private studio, located in the heart of downtown Wayne, is 1000sq ft devoted to you and how you move. Our bodies function as a whole, so we train them as a whole. We have no machines that force you to sit down and isolate, although we have plenty of ways to hone in on specific weaknesses and integrate them back into the movement chains. We have the tools to help you achieve muscular balance, postural alignment, joint stabilization, and new levels of core strength.
Sessions are booked for 30-60 minutes and clients can spend time in the training room before and after sessions to warmup and complete workouts independently. Sessions typically involve a movement-based approach, combining elements of strength training, Pilates, brief and high intensity intervals, and varied effective flexibility techniques.
